Self-Love is a vibration

Early March 2019 we did a free 11-day Self-Love Experience.  At the end of the Experience, we shared 6 new Self-Love Secrets with the participants.

Today we love to share Self-Love Secret #5 with you: Self-Love is a vibration.

Every feeling has a herz vibration

Every feeling, every emotion has an equivalent hertz vibration. The chard in the image gives you a clear overview. The higher your vibration is the better you will feel. The higher your vibration is the more you will love yourself.

Self-Love encompasses the following vibrations; peace, joy/happiness, love, freedom, forgiveness, acceptance. But loving yourself, accepting yourself and being at ease and at peace with yourself is not a status quo. Self-Love is a living state of being.

Shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, pride etc. are all emotions that have a lower vibration. These emotions prevent you to love yourself and even keep you from loving yourself.

Your true state of being in the undercurrent

The vibration you are in always reflects your true state of being in the undercurrent. The more unhealed feelings, memories, and thoughts you have the lower your personal vibration will be.

It’s important not to put too much emphasis and value on these numbers. Don’t rate them as good and bad but use them as indicators to heal and reset yourself.

If you find yourself caught in a lower vibration feeling it’s an indication you need to heal, let go or transform what’s in the undercurrent. It’s an indication that its time to reset yourself.

If you declare yourself to be in a higher vibration all the time without admitting to yourself that there is a ‘war’ going on in your undercurrent, you are in denial big time.

Healing Methods

One of the methods we use to reset ourself is, for instance, Inner Child Healing and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

During the Self-Love Experience, we worked with EFT. We explained intensively the importance of TAPPING IN and TAPPING OUT with EFT.

By ‘tapping in’ the Self-Love DNA we raise our vibrational frequency and by ‘tapping out’ our ‘unhealed emotions or negative self talk’ we increase our vibrational frequency. EFT gives us a great and easy opportunity to work on both levels, at the same time.
